This is 100% useless. The only way to do it is with a speed mod, and if you already had the speed mod, there are certain places on that second building where you just sprint into a slanted surface and go flying and land on that roof.

No because you need the speed mod to do that strafe jump lol. And ps3 can't do these mods.
