XBOX has an extra private match feature, most people will know this but it shold be brought forward.
XBOX private matches can be locked and no one else can join whereas PS3 cant

Lol I have a tendency of calling people assholes a lot.

But in real talk, I have seen Microsoft ban more people then Sony does. Microsoft is like a Catholic school, you get caught out of line, and all hell breaks loose. Sony is like a public school, you have more freedom, and can get away with more. (At least where I live) Also, Microsoft is banning people for the prestige hack where as Sony isn't.

Hopefully you can see I'm not trying to be a fanboy or anything. I see that you own a 360, and I own a PS3. I do like certain features of the 360 better then the PS3. Don't get me wrong they're both great consoles. I think xbox live kills psn in terms of features, but that's just me.

Favour is spelled with a U in most english speaking countries, apart from America which takes out the U. Australia, Ireland, UK, New Zealand all put our, not or, in words like neighbour, favour, colour etc.

Oh, here; THEY HAVE SWEAT SHOPS THAT PAY UNDER MINIMUM WAGE, THEY TOOK SPACE OUT OF THE MOTHERBOARD SO IT COULD BECOME SMALLER(which is the gauranteed !00% reason why you get RRoD), AND EVERYTHING RELATED TO XBOX HAS A PRICE.

the reason is because everyone can hack the Xbox 360
I've seen a lot of videos where you can do almost "everything" in MW2 already, like Jumps, Nuke in care package etc etc... something that you cant do in PS3

Thats why they ban more people in Xbox, because Xbox = Hacks. So they can't leave the hackers whatever they want (which they already do) but at least they can ban them
