Why not try to create another account just to see if that works.. If it works then perhaps its something related to what you did to get the 10th prestige. If it does not work then you know its your connection.

try reseting your connection on another account than go to the other i did it and it worked

dont worry m8 NO-ONE on the PS3 has been banned for doing the prestige hack and they aint likely too, GOD BLESS SONY lol

My first guess is that the person who did the prestige hack for you changed your log in credentials.
