Yes you can, Just get 25 kills or 24. and wait till they've got like 26 or 25 .. then call it in .. basically when you loosing .

It didn't come up for me on Monday. I was on Wasteland and I was behind 28 to 24 and I got to 25, called in the Nuke and NOTHING. Oh well......
