You have to kill the #1 player on the enemy team 10 times in a single match.

honestly i don't know how to help you really, i got this about a week after the release and got it every prestige. I never found it difficult in the slightest.

its not difficult at all imo, if you get a team full of n00bs they'll often get 20 deaths each, you kill the top guy(who is terrible) 4-5 times and your c.gunner/ac130 do the rest.
