Invisible Riot Shield Glitch

1. Make sure you stand over a dead body that has an available weapon to pick up.
2. Drop your riot shield on the ground
3. Now pick up the riot shield then immediately press Y twice.

And that's it We originally found it another way using a different method, this method works much better. Peace.

Maybe a noobie-question.. But how do you drop your RIOT? (ps3)

when its out and a weapon is on the floor hold the reload button, []

u need a TI (tacticle insertion) and when u pick up the riot sheild quickly plant it and as it plants swith weapons
i found it too

I tried the tutorial by OP on PS3.. No dice :S I'll have to try the tactical insertion one yet though thanks in advance.

Why does it look like you're just holding Akimbo Pistols? The stance is completely different than when you're actually shown with the Riot Shield.

Is the shield on your character's back and invisible at the time, or is it suppose to be in front of you and invisible?

This just shows up invisible on your back. We've recently found out how to have all invisible weapons so you're running around with nothing. It trips people out when you knife them and see that you're not holding anything.
