1.Try to use a real intro, if not use gameplay of you running or something sweet to use as a transition(spec mode)
2.Montage Name is overused
3.You had some pretty good clips, try to add some flow to them though
4.I noticed you used a dazzle, in which case the quality was fine... but for improvement try using sharpen/color correction/render
5. Not sure...

Other wise you had some good clips, keep it up. If you want any help lemme know, cant wait to see your next improved one.
