Ok, so my question is...When you use these headsets for mw2, when they said all that surround sound gibberish i didnt understand...they said it supports a certain surround sound...but doesnt have another.. i didnt understand. So I have one question, when u use them for mw2 with sitrep pro can u hear which direction noises are coming from.? Like, even from behind you.? Because i read another review that said they have left-right directionals or sum crap like that... Very confused.. +THANKS to whoever answers this helpfully in the next few minutes.. =]

I recommend some Tritton AX720's or AXPRO's, with full 5.1 DIGITAL surround sound.

These offer 5.1 surround sound, you can pin-point exactly where they are coming from (behind you or in front of you) In search and destroy, it makes it so easy to pull a 1v6 clutch, but once you have a headset..you HAVE to use NinjaPro on all your classes.

I have had both..but just sold my P21's for some trittons, best set ever...

The P21's are really comfortable though.

How much are the Ttittons?

I use regular studio style stereo headphones (SONY $19.99)and even without sitrep pro you can tell where they are coming from . I have never tried the surround headphones simply because I don't want to shell out that much $ just to try them out. Plus my cheapies seem to work just fine and I don't use my BT headset anyway so I don't need the added mic.

That's exactly what I used to use. The work just as well but the sound quality is not as good.

I have a turtle beach x1, it cost me $50ish. When you plug in a play n' charge it makes a electromagnetic sounds that drives me crazy.

Basically, if a guy comes behind you or is somewhere near you, you will most likely hear them and know the general location; if your concentrating.

If i may recommend, you should get a tritton headset. Better speakers, doesn't make that electromagnetic sound, and it compatible with xbox, playstation, wii, and computers. Trittons are the same as turtle beaches price range. The better the headset, the more it will cost. Go on buy.com. You can save some $$, plus sometimes you have free shipping.

Hope this helps. Smile
