(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); PS3 patch blocker, is a proxy, it bypasses patches, yet blocks you getting into any games, and signs out loads. could the patch blocker have a On/Off switch? thus allowing bypass AND play?

You can only see people of the same game version as you. So no that will not work.

really? what about people who bypass, can they only connect with other bypasses? but still this would be really useful when the ps3 finally gets mods, for XP lobbys ect, and this is still useful, im just asking if its possible.

Not possible, When you delete the patch you go back to the 1st server.
So if you disable the patch blocker it will just sign you out, and not let you sign back in untill you download the update.

+ You will be on the old server + everybody else will be on the 1.9 (or if updated) server.

i think to pull this off you must be able to change internet settings in game...
