Lol i use this combo all the time.

personally i think thats terrible.

the ump has a large clip , extended mags isn't needed. its also the best gun to use silenced, its a crime not to use a silencer with that gun.

also in online games the ump is dominated by assault rifles, try using it and doing better against players who are of equal skill but have the SCAR,FAMAS or ACR.
the only mode i use the UMP is s&d because its fantastic for lightweight rushing and awesome without stopping power, on mmodes like TDM your screwed with the ump.

If he did that then he wouldnt get as good use of his steady aim perk

Hardline,Steady Aim, are both wastes of perks.

Extended Mag's is for people cannot aim while shooting(like you).

He was just trying to get use out of his steady aim perk lol. And i disagree with extended mags being for people who dont aim down their sights. I aim down my sights whild i sometimes have extended mags attached, and dont say i spray or fail aim cuz trust me i dont. Extended mags is to keep you from having to reload hence the bigger clip..
