this is a tutorial on how to get outside of karachi, WITH your tactical insertion (not having to leave it on the elevator)

step one:
do the elevator (obviously)

step two:
once you get to the top of the elevator, look in the direction the arrow is pointing.

X is where the elevator is.

step three:
while still looking in the direction of the arrow, move to the left until you can go prone.

step four: don't look anywhere besides the direction the arrow is pointing, that may cause you to fall. while prone, move all the way to the left until you can no longer move.

step five: stand up and face the building needed to jump on (the one to get out of the map)

step six:
sprint. don't jump or anything, just sprint. i wouldn't take any chances, you could jump early and fall while trying to make the jump.

what all of this actually does:
this gets you as far as you can away from the lower building while still on the elevator, allowing you to sprint at maximum speed and fall off of the elevator, making it to the other building. you don't need to place your tactical insertion down, since you'll make it 100% of the time. very helpful if you want to camp in either of the backlot buildings during an online match.

yeah listen i'm not a naysayer, but like that other guy said, you can step back, run and jump to the other building and then set your tac. insert there... if you are talking about a different elevator than the one where u go on the two dumpsters then, my bad. otherwise there is no point to do this. too lengthly and more of a chance of falling than just jumping to the other building. maybe (unlikely) i am misunderstanding your instructions?

well if you back up too far while on the elevator, you can fall and get trapped on the building, or you can totally miss the jump. i just think not taking the 3 seconds to do what i do isn't worth it, cause i've fallen a LOT while trying to make the jump, and you'll always make it by sprinting off the elevator if you use the method i do.

but, let's not get into a pointless argument.
