What you do, go into a Private Match with as many friends as you can (The more the better, but if you want large games make sure the host has good connection, otherwise there'll be massive lag).

Here's the game settings you change:
-Either Search and Destroy or TDM
-If you chose TDM, set it to one life
-Headshots Only
-Unlimited Time
-Score Limit doesn't matter, you'll only have one life
-Killstreaks Disabled

Here's how you do it, one guy chooses Spetsnaz/Militia/OpFor (From here on, Person A) and the others choose TF141/Rangers/SEALs (From here on, Team B)

Neither Team can use: Grenade Launcher, Thermal, ANY Equipment, ANY Special Grenades, Commando Pro
Person A cannot use: Grenade Launcher, Thermal
Team B cannot use: Grenade Launcher, Thermal, Heartbeat Sensor, Sniper Rifles OF ANY KIND

If you are really looking for a challenge, let Team B use any attachments.

Basically, Person A has to try and eliminate as much of Team B as possible without getting eliminated. If Person A is killed, then whoever killed Person A becomes Person A and the old Person A joins Team B.

This is a fun game mode to play, and it also helps train your marksmanship skills and reflexes.

Suggested Classes:

Person A:
Primary: UMP 45 Silenced
Sidearm: Spas-12 Silenced
Equipment: N/A
Special Grenades: N/A
Perk 1: Marathon (Pro helps)
Perk 2: Cold-Blooded (Only if you have Pro) / Stopping Power / Lightweight (Pro helps)
Perk 3: Ninja (Only if you have Pro) / Sitrep (Only if you have Pro)
Deathstreak: Doesn't really matter, you'll only die once.
