IF that was a dazzle I am sure you can get better quality out of it, and btw there ARE other HD capture cards besides HD PVR that cost like half the price and you get the same quality.

Such as?? cause i am wanting to record but i want to in HD, HD PVR is too expensive

Just Google stuff like HD DVR and I am sure you can find one as I know cheaper solutions exist.
