If we were to name every HS booster in this game you're dick would probably fall of by the time you finished it.

he means the ones that promised to do HS's with you but cheated you out of them such as they got theirs and then you never got your half. He means stuff like that, not boosters in themselves.

Forgot his name, have him on my block list so I'll check it later, but when I said 3 at a time he said he'll get 19 then I get 20. Instead after his 19th kill he used his AC130 to kill me

there was one person on psn he got a 15 kill streak but the said FU*K YOU and used a chopper gunner. BUT, I had cold blooded and I killed him until I had 17, he had 19, then he kill me.
