I don't know if actually kills quicker, but the animation time after the kill is definately eliminated, which to me is the best thing.

Problem is that I run my contoller on Tactical, so this will be somewhat of PITA to pull off on a consistent basis.

i think it'll be easier for tactical because ur finger is already next the the Y/triangle button
