I don't believe it. That map Complex is wayy to simple for IW to make it. It would be hella alot more detailed.

im sorry, look fake to me, if it was indeed gameplay then why didnt they have more footage, until official confirmation comes through this is all be classed as unconfirmed

I can't decide on this one. Unfortunately w/ the programs at our disposal today it's possible to fake even this, so I'm just going to see if Activision/IW remove it. If they do, then I think it's real.

true, however, they have a right to remove anything that they own from youtube or anywhere else, doesnt mean that it is indeed new maps etc

But if this is fake, they don't own it. It was merely a couple pictures thrown together in Photoshop.
