When it tells you to click Play Online, do it, it will tell you to sign in. Repeatedly Tap X until you see it switch to the lobby screen.
Press Circle to exit the Patch screen. You'll be in your lobby, and if done correctly, you'll have your level and your PSN name on the side where it should be.
Just do this everytime you need to go onto the Play Online screen in the Prestige tutorial.

Note: Find Game and Private Match will tell you to sign in. Do not click on either of those. I've gotten my save loaded just to make sure this works, and I've gotten to the last prestige warning before hitting Circle so I wouldn't screw up my prestige because I'm going legit. I was just trying to see if I could make my modded classes stick.

Did Your Modded Classes Stick??

Nope. Not yet. I've basically got what you need to have down, but I just can't figure out how to get it to work.

Also on a side note, you can sign out in a lobby and as long as you have internet you'll stay connected to IW servers. A small bug, and it works on any patch (SO FAR), this is why this works.

Also, I don't do this solely for rep. I do this for the simple fact of making things easier for people, or enhancing gameplay, and I'm sure this has helped atleast one person. The only reason I found this out though was because the patch blocker wasn't allowing me to connect to PSN.

does this work for leaderboard hack?

It doesn't allow you to find games(the only reason it did in my vid is because I clicked find game before I was signed out) or play Private games. It probably wouldn't.

Vid proof would be nice.
