Well I think it is obvious that most PS3 users will see how the 360 people like the map pack, but I am going to buy this map pack regardless of reviews because most reviews are bias.

I'll just see what the maps look/play like on youtube and then decide if want them. I'm not in any hurry, so the delay dosen't really bother me.

how can activision do this? they release the game on both systems at the same time 10/11/09 and then give the DLC to microsoft a month earlier than sony.

FROM E3, it was confirmed by FOUR ZERO TWO that ps3 will get a 1 month timed release delay. PSN updates on THURDAYS. the game is expected to release for ps3 on April 29TH 2010.

IT IS not A FAIL. Microsoft did what they always do and payed activision off for an Exculsive. Activivision is out to make money, so they accepted the deal
