A: Yes, your console will send a flag to the Microsoft servers and will ban them as soon as the xbox is detected. Even if you use your J-Tag for offline use, but have either the ethernet/wireless cords in, your xbox will still be flagged.
if this is true how do people host modded mw2 servers :confused:
does it ban the gamertag, or the xbox, i have an ethernet cord in i wanted to host a xp server can someone plz help? i'll +rep for a helpful answer

They put Modded patch_mp.files in the MW2 Folder and startet when a JTAG Console gets Banned they Buy a New KV (Key Vault) Unbann the JTAG Console and Start Again a Lobby
