And i am confused on how do i mod the game (Modern Warfare 2 Offline).

How do i transfer the data, and do i need any programs?

Spartan, to get the files to the xbox HD you need to either have a transfer cable, a sata hard drive cable or you can via FTP (Use xexmenu for this)

Xplorer360 is the program you need to transfer files (unless you are going to go the ftp route)
