also do i need stopping power or dont it make a difference on the uzi?

Stopping power will help slightly, but if your at medium to long range with the Uzi your going to lose every time in core mode.

Mini Uzi suppressed is the sh*t in hardcore games. It's pointless to use stopping power in HC games but I do use it in Core games though.
