As you all (Probally) know, Optic Gaming are a big Mw2 Youtube Clan. But are they really as amazing as people think, their effects are amazing, and thats what makes them look good.

Theres his video below, most the shots are hardscopes, the 180 at the start is alright, but the effects make it 10 times better. Also on his montage he quickscopes someone upclose, then plays the clip again making it look like he got 2 people, thats from 1:27 to 1:30.

Now look at this montage, this is mine, xSp-Cal is my new account for the xSp- Clan, im not just using this because its mine, or for advertising, I just am using it as a example! i used some basic editing software, when i get my computer in may, imagine how good i can make my videos look in time!

You chose probably to worst Optic one, but given its upload date it's still better than yours and every other one is 10x better.

How you are acting is definitely showing envy. You're envious by how popular he is, and your trying to show people how you must be better and are deserving of more popularity. And yes I think the gameplay of his is better. Quit being so presumptuous.

Honestly, I didn't see anything too amazing about either. Yours was a bit over-edited, with not many streaks, just individual kills. Yours had a few decent shots, but most of them were getting 360s on players who had no idea you were behind them. Also, about the effect at 1:27, that's just an effect. It's obvious that it's not two kills.

I like watching montages with spectacular editing more than plain montages with decent-great kills. My favorite montages of all time are the montages by Mazarini. They've got some AMAZING frags, combined with some of the best editing I've ever seen. Other montages I enjoy watching are montages by Joehandsome and the montage "Archeo" by V-Tal. Neither are completely full of "Amazing" Kills, but they've got some nice kills in there, along with great editing

Your correct, your montage is better, you just need to get a better editor.

i think yours is better... once these people get up to the top everything thy do will APPEAR good, when its actually crap. Like Lady GaGa and Bad Romance - one of the worst songs ive ever heard but because its GaGa, all her fans will love it! LOL

I do see your point but if you've ever played against any OpTic they are pretty good their montages may make them look amazing but in reality they are good.

I think hes right on point. A montage should be a combination of editing and good game play and his editing was just better. Not trying to be a dick and i don't edit videos or anything so i dont have experience with it but as a viewer you jumped from one style to another on every clip and it kind of took me out of it. The montage should be more fluid. Also there is a reason why Optic has a big following on you tube and that is because they put out high quality videos with good game play and good editing and they have been doing it for a while now. If your new and you put out good videos people will start to take notice and your following will build your defiantly off to a good start.
