I heard some people love using the MG4, and I definitely agree with them. It's basically the ACR version of the LMG's, zero recoil. You'll have to use Stopping Power though, damage is pretty poor. But definitely worth a try, I'm still using it.

I've also started to use the Vector. The range and accuracy is great, ok so the damage is pretty rubbish, but there's almost no recoil, which makes it great to use with the ACOG, and I'd never normally use ACOG on a SMG.

What guns do you guys think are underrated, and what class setups do you use with them?

The Thumper, I haven't really seen it since the game came out, I've only gotten killed by it 4 times in 3 months

FAL may be a bit underrated but is a beastly gun

TMP is beastly too, especially with akimbo and extended mags

the F2000 it may be really weak and high recoil, but boy, with holographic i can woop anyone, nuke count is 45 and i'd say 40 are with that.

I like the LSW w/Grip + Holo, its really good you should try it but you need to shot in bursts if your going for a long shot

For anyone that doesn't care if a gun is considered 'nooby', the WA2000 is insane w/o Stopping Power.

wow really this was one of the complaints i had on one of my threads, i get so mad how anyone one shots me with the WA2000 non-stopping power.

Love the vector. Not a big fan of LMGs though. I used the aug-Hbar for a little bit but got bored

Try the TAR21. It has the same recoil but takes like 2 less bullets to kill.

As for under rated, try the MP5k. Put on Stopping Power, and it is like a UMP with faster fire rate.

I never use the vector. I might have to give it a shot.
