This will only work with a knife, With double health. The glitch is only active because you still have the knife in you, the semtex blows up... This will not work with normal health because the knife does more damage than normal health, a good bit more. So i will always kill you.

Read a dictionary, you don't have to be the 1st person to find something to actually find it. I already know there are others that know this, but since it isn't public, i have the right to take credit as it's founder. If you would have posted a tutorial sooner, this wouldn't even be made.
