My question is it possible or is their any way to unpatch the mw 2 splitscreen mode to get everything back ( old models,carepakage glitch, so on)

Isn't it obvious?

Just delete the patch, you can still access splitscreen

about device storage then delete systemcache .... disconncet from xbox live and play offline so that i not recieve update
