To do what? right now is not necesary doing this patch becuz there is no big glitch making the players become mad maybe in some months fixing some game issues and make better configuration la cod 4 putting ur lag and those things

1.10 will come right after the mappack is released. the patch will include hardcore playlists and puts the new maps in the playlist
