so i need help. i have a ezy cap capture card. i use the program that came with it called ez grabber, when i open the program the screen is black and again while im recording the screen is black but when i play the video it looks like THIS. so what program can i use to record ? or how can i fix my problem?

IMO try TotalMediaExtreme, the program that comes w/ the HD PVR.
It's expensive, so try Google for an *COUGH* illegal copy.
Then if it is black and white on TME as well, you know that the problem lies w/ the ezCap itself.

One last thing, if you don't want any problems, don't cheap out; buy an HD PVR Smile^

I have the exact same recording software, although the scree sometimes goes black while recording it wont stay that way when you watch it back, your problem is within the settings, i dont know what tv type that you are using but its just going to be a matter or trial and error within the setting.

I believe sony vegas has a capture feature. I'd try using that.

I still say Sony Vegas. You can find the trial copy on their website... you can also find copies floating around your favorite torrent site. Not that I recommend that though. Happy

Sony Vegas has a capture feature. You can also use Windows Movie Maker to capture too. Happy

no offense, but that program is horrible.
