By no means am I taking credit for finding this. I know this is old and has been found, just thought I'd post some footage of it. It did happen to me by proning in a corner when I called it. Awesome face

its when you go into an AC-130 or Chopper Gunner, and you go to a "prone blocked" spot when you open the computer, and when you exit, that happens :\
