I'm a new user and i've created many e-mails and many accounts, but when it comes to activating the account by clicking on the activation link, a blank tab just appears and when I try to log in, it says my username or password is invalid.

What am I doing wrong? I've been trying to activate it for 2 days but it's still not working. I want to submit a ticket.... but you have to log in to do that.... Can somebody help me?

try copy and pasting the url from the email into the url bar. just like the email says to do if it doenst work right.

Still nothing. Even on the page where it asks if you want to "login" "register" or "activate account," when i press the activate account link, it brings me to no where. Just a blank white screen.

what browser are you using?

I first tried with mozilla, then when I opened the link with internet explorer, it said there was a problem loading the page or something like that.

Like the url didn't exist.

try making a new account and starting over

yes, i've done that multiple times, having to create a new e-mail as well. Pretty frustrating but i don't know what to do. Guess I'll continue to wait and see what happens. I would post a help thread on their forums but i have to login to do that also...
