Ok if anyone is just beginning quick scoping here is a few tips. Always stop when you shoot, When you move and shoot your bullets go to the side and you get hitmarkers often and u miss more often. Drop shotting works for some people. Practice alot if you wanna be good. I do quick scope matches with my friends alot more than i do ranked. I also get on dummy account and practice in ranked games. Doing this has ade me a lot better, and now i am pretty good.
