This actually exists in the game.
It's a console command, scr_diehard 1 or something, PC users have hacked the console and used it, and I assume 360 players have done the same.

i don't know what to call this but i always hope they eventually put this in the game. A third perk (green) that doesn't allow the enemy to see the killcam. There are so many sneaky spots like those on afgan where you run up the plane and then jump, but once they see the killcam, they just come back and noobtube you.
