probably "saving" it for the inevitable second dlc: "re-stimulus package" LOL. IW will try to milk MW2 till the last drop so i wouldnt be surprised at the very least to see 2 or 3 more dlcs in the future.

They will definitely(if they use those) put them in other map packs. As stated, IW will be milking Mw2 dry.
