-I have heard that the spas 12 has been nerfed
-402 said that the one man army perk was adjusted. what exactly does this mean?
-also the spinning 10th emblem is still not unlockable. how do we get it?

OMA was adjusted so the tactical insertion + OMA glitch don't work. As for the spas12 i don't think it has been nerfed (PS3) maybe the dmg on it from larger range was lowered.

The Spas has not been nerfed and is exactly the same. I got a 5 man clutch yesterday on salvage with the spas. All of them were 1 shots and from a lengthy range.
