Nope, the PS3 hack will bring you to level 1 of the prestige of your choice with the emblems and titles associated with those prestiges after level 2.

You will have to keep the camos and attachments though, there's no way around that.

Yeah, there's no way around not keeping the challenges.

Unless, you prestige normally AND THEN do the prestige hack.
Because when you prestige the way IW wanted you to, you lose all your challenges [Camos and everything]. With that done, you can now prestige yourself and do those challenges again.
