Yes u can. Sitrep is like the counterpart of ninja but ninja has te sleight advantage.

Yes u can hear them still.obviously quieter for those with ninja pro on.

you can't hear them at all because if you read the description of Ninja Pro it says "Silent Footsteps."

That doesnt matter....you can still hear them.

If you have Sitrep pro and he has Ninja you can hear him like you would without him having Ninja and without you having SitRep.

If you have sitrep pro and he has ninja HIS foot steps will sound like the woudl without ninja pro and your footsteps would sound normal too, I think

This is correct, but I was playing HC SnD last night and I was using SitRep Pro and I heard two enemies coming towards me, I could hear one REALLY loud and I don't think I could hear the other one at all. Maybe in Hard Core games Ninja Pro is totally silent or maybe the guy without ninja (the loud one) was drowning the sound other guys steps.
