The name is actually Light Blue if from a Party. That means he was in party with you but he got in the enemy team.

no i'm not a stupid i play every day and i'm sure that he's an enemy with the name like a friend and you can'tknow if he is an enemy or friend ...you know when he soots you and you die ok!
