NGU, This thread was set up to have all the MW2 Hacking Programs Download Links put into one thread to give ease to members
Each Program has its download link and its original thread if it has one.

Click on the original thread of it and check that out, should help, and i don't think there is a video tut of how to use but its pretty simple, just copy over your MPDATA and then load it in the program and then edit your stats and classes to your liking
