well, somebodys nice, and I didn't know you could get the different angles with third peson without seeing your body, or shots from up in the air, that still third person?

Actually they use spectating mode and they pan and crop so it does not display buttons.

I've seen some videos where people get a view from about anywhere and any angle. How is this done?

Private Match > Settings > Spectating > Free
