I don't know if this has something to do with the new matchmaking system or if my provider (Comcast) is doing a crap job...

Where do you live man. I have the same problem with comcast last night. I had 3 bars but i lagged like if i had 1.

To fix this all i did was call and talk to a technitian they said it was bad connectiong they had. They made me do a couple of things. REP if i helped
