(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay i have downloaded the PS3 Prestige hack tool, The Patch Blocker and the Class editor tool V3 But when ever i try and open them i get this Error

"This Application Failed to Initialize properly (0xc0000135).Click OK to terminate the application"

Is there any thing i can download to stop this from happening?

And, can you provide me with a link.

EDIT: I installed the .Net Framework 3.5 and now all the apps work.

I'm not to familiar with Ps3 modding tools but is this a program on the computer and if so what computer system are you using ? Eg vista?

Redownload and install, they work fine for me on both Vista and XP.

Also try running as admin on Vista, some time that's the case

Do you have something blocking the programs? Like a anti-virus software.
