You need a care packake and a tactical insertion to do this glitch.

Step1. Get a care packake. Then find a ledge that is somewhere high. The ledge in Afghan where everybody snipes from is good. The top of Rust is also good.
Step2. Throw your care packake marker very close to the ledge. The care packake must land so that some part of it is in air, so its hanging over the ledge.
Step3. Jump on the care packake and walk to the part of the care packake that is hanging over the ledge. Put your Tactical Insertion there and walk back to the ledge. Pick up your care packake.
Step4. If you have done everything right you should now have a tactical insertion hanging in the air.
Step5. Kill yourself or ask someone to shoot you. While you are watching the killcam hold R1. When you respawn still hold R1 and now you should drop very slowly down. If you stop pressing R1 you will drop normally.
