The end stats showed him being only 10-15 yet he called in a nuke and he was only a 3rd prestige.Is it possible or did he hack, he said he did absolutely nothing. Someone tell me what happened.

im not lieing lol, if you didnt know it says any random killstreak reward is in care package, so im pretty sure nuke is a killstreak and u can get any killstreak from carepackage the chances of higher ones is just lower, like emp only comes in care package once out of like 100
