3:1 Kill Death Ratio Guide.
Let's rush some UAVs!

Basically you want to end your game with a 3:1 KDR. This is a very effective, simple, entertaining way to do so! You're going to want to use this in game modes such as domination, sabotage, demolition, and even team death match. The goal is to get at least a UAV every spawn. So you spawn get 3 kills and die, your mission was successful. This seems to easy right? Well; it is! I see tons of average MW2 players with 1:1 KDRs, this will put you one step above them!

Using your killstreak set up effectively!

Obviously for your first killstreak you are going to use the mighty UAV. For the second one I'd recommend one of two options.. You can go with the Counter-UAV which makes for a great sneak attack bum rush set up. Or you can use care package which can be extremely rewarding to help you maintain your ratio if you get a few unnecessary deaths. For the last killstreak use a predator unless you find getting high killstreaks easier then most.

Care Package Method. Say you spawn and get your care package out the get go. First off, congratulations you did what you were supposed to do! Secondly you just earned your ratio a crutch. What I mean is say you throw your care package and it's a simple airstrike. You call it in and get one kill. Boom! 5 kills 0 deaths. You get another kill with your gun and you have 6 kills 0 deaths. You die. 6:1 KDR & you have your predator. Oh no! Dead again no kills this spawn. No big deal your 6-2 which is simplified down to 3:1 your KDR goal! I highly recommend using this method but Counter-UAVs are just as good.

Counter-UAV Method.Say you spawn and you get your counter UAV from the get go. Again, good job you managed getting your UAV + a bonus! Now save your Counter-UAV until they call in their UAV. Once you take their radar away from them they have a HUGE disadvantage. First of all it annoys most players and they get a bit angry. Also you're in incognito mode which makes it super easy to flank around the enemy and get a few easy off guard kills. This can be just as effective as the Care Package Method.

Rushing Classes!

A great gun for rushing is the UMP-45. It had the highest damage out of all of the sub-machine guns in the game. It can kill from any distance anywhere on the body in three shots without stopping power and with a silencer! It has minimal recoil and can actually be used as an assault rifle. Bad things about it are its slow reload time and it has a somewhat large cross-hair. Easy ways to compensate are reload only when necessary or completely behind cover. And for the cross-hair issue; aim down your sight.

Good Perks for rushing include Marathon, Lightweight, Scavenger Pro, Cold-Blooded, Ninja, and Commando. I'm going to go through a few different techniques with these different perks.

*Scavenger isn't needed most of the time if your rushing. We expect to die after three kills anyways, but if your using a sub-machine gun with a faster rate of fire it may be necessary.
*Marathon is obviously a great perk as it helps you flank tremendously and that is our main objective and go to strategy for our three kills.
*Lightweight compliments Marathon but isn't needed.
*Cold-Blooded is effective for running out in the open and ignoring air-support and those pesky UAVs Winky Winky. I think it's better overall then lightweight.
*I like running Ninja Pro in my classes because I have a TrittonAX720 gaming headset. This is my preference. It helps a ton for more serious gamers who have higher end sound setups.
*Commando Pro is magnificent it will save your ass time and time again. It's more then just a quick kill when reloading or in a tight situation. It's a giant jump get away without taking damage. Use everything that this perk has to offer when running around!

Preferred Class Setup.
Primary Weapon: UMP-45
Secondary Weapon: .44 Magnum
Attachments: UMP-45+Silencer .44Magnum+FMJ/Tac Knife.
Perk One: Marathon Pro
Perk Two: Cold-Blooded Pro
Perk Three: Commando Pro
Equipment: Semtex/Tactical Insertion
Special Grenade:Stuns

Class Analysis.
The UMP-45 as explained earlier is a monster. It has little recoil and high damage. It's low rate of fire means you don't have to use Scavenger Pro to get a lot of kills. The .44 Magnum is a 2 shot kill without stopping power anywhere on the body. It is whipped out extremely fast and can be used to pistol whip when reloading just isn't an option. Equipped with a tac knife and commando, you've just become a giant nuisance! Marathon Pro is used for quick flanking and saving time. You want to get in and out of their spawn asap! Cold-Blooded & a silencer means you are invisible except for your character. That is just an amazing advantage by itself. Semtex for obvious reasons and a Tactical Insertion properly used can mean spawning right back behind the enemy for a revenge kill.

Rushing: How to do it SMART. Reading enemy locations!

First off, rushing is not running through the middle of the map and getting shot in the face. Rushing is definitely not waiting for enemies to walk by either. I'm going to give you tips on tactical rushing. A rusher needs to be aware of the enemies location. You are a recon soldier at this point you want to be able to read where the enemies are and tons of things help you do this. Obviously your UAV! If you haven't got one in the air though there are other methods. You can press pause and check your map out. Look at where your teammates are and see where they're headed or if they're lighting up which means they're shooting! If they're shooting try to decide where they are shooting at and bingo! Another way is to sound whore. This is best done with Ninja Pro and a gaming headset turned up a bit. It requires you to be closer to the enemies but it can definitely help in 1v1 situations. Once you have read your enemies location the best thing to do is figure out a safe route to where he is and plan ahead! Every kill counts towards your goal so don't make any one kill less important then the next. Try to get behind him without being noticed and strike! Very effective method to get a few kills without even being touched.

Nice guide, i use the UMP with usp akimbo as a secondary; its really successful Smile
Just wondering, if i were to rush with a mini-uzi, do you think i would require stopping power or would a different perk be more effective?

Well my friend.. Winky Winky The Uzi is a powerful weapon in game, but stopping power will benefit you more then any other perk. It has a high rate of fire so I also am forced to use scavenger.
