With these things i usealy go 30+ kills with 9 deaths

Thanks all for your advice, I have ONLY played TDM so I am a little wary of taking the time to learn a new style of play.

Spawn killing with RPD?

id always run and gun with assault rifles and taht got me a 1.39 kill death ratio with 54k kills....

Demoliton i would have to say because i would use the noob tubes with danger close, ninja pro and also the one man army, If you dont use the shit they put in the game why would they put it in there lol XD

1) Use the killstreaks that are right for you.
2) slow your game down, try not to rush.
3) use the path least traveled.
4) learn highly traveled and known areas to your advantage.
5) flank and maneuver around enemies.

these tips will make you a better player overall and your K/D ratio will follow.
