His job is being a community manager. This requires interacting with said community and listening to them. Whens the last he actually posted something on the mw2 IW forums?
He does use twitter quite a bit, but most of his posts aren't even related to the game. Not only that, but if someone asks him a smart question about the problems in this game he will usually dodge the question with some BS reply.
All in all, the guys an idiot IMHO.

Why would I feel like an Idiot when I explained his job? I don't follow him around to see what and when he posts. I couldn't care less. I'm stating that his job is to do what I said. He will do most of his tweets in the IW HQ where his manager will be and the top IW boss. He will have a list on what he can and cannot say and if he breaks that his job will be gone. Imagine having, say, 2 million people tweeting YOU EVERYDAY, that's a hell of a lot of tweets. He's not superman to answer them all. He also has to fly everywhere to promote the game. Talk to Activision bosses, Microsoft bosses, Sony bosses. He's not there just to tell you how to get a 10th Spinning emblem, or when are they fixing something. That's up to the head of IW to tell him when HE can tell us. He will only answer a few from the last, say 50 and answer the ones he knows the question to, can find out the answer to or is allowed to tell people. He can't tell everyone everything, EVERY company keeps things in the dark from the community. You guys really need to understand how shit like companies and jobs work.

I defeated!
There's too many people hating and flaming at the moment, he is doing his job, and personally i think he is doing a great job of it.
In most cases he listens to us all with our problems and actually gets involved with the community unlike a lot of games.
Yeah, MW2 has a lot of problems but on the whole the game is beast. If you do not like it then you can always go back to CoD4 or WaW
