(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); everytime i join a game everyone is running around with either an ump, intervention, or some sort of assault rifle, on xbox i use to see few people with LMGs but now on ps3 i see like none, are there even any benefits to them other than the increased ammo for pray and spray?

Tons of people use the AUG. I use the RPD when I first start after prestigeing

I use LMGs a lot now and im starting to see them more on xbox live thought that might also be because people have a habbit on call of duty to switching and using whatever weapons/setup is killing them. and on a side note every knife kill you get takes one shot fired off of your record and it leaves the hits on so knifing does increase your accuracy.

Yeah the effect is really small though when you think about it 1 knife kill takes of a shot fired but when you have thousands of shots fired its not gonna do much so you wont really notice it if you only do it for like a few games.

A RPD in this game is actually 2 shots which is just stupid

I've got a knifing only account (SitRep/Ninja ftw) and my accuracy is 100%, like 8 hits and 0 misses. I've definately had more than 8 stabs and when I got commandoed once I randomly sprayed my USP (not hitting anyone), but they're not on my leaderboard.

The only time I'd use an LMG is if I'm spawn trapping in Domination on Terminal. It's such a good combo with Claymores and FMJ. Pretty much guaranteed 4 kills+ if you have C and B.

The only time I use a Mounted Machine Gun is at the start of Wasteland on the A spawn. I pump it down to C and usually get 1-3 kills. Pretty nooby but a few people do it, so if you can't snipe 'em, join 'em
