On xbox you can only get to 10th prestige if you get invited into a lobby. These lobbys can only be hosted by jtagged xbox's, but you have to pay to get in them, due to a jtagged xbox only lasts online for about 5 hours before it is banned and the person has to get a new console to get back online.

The new update (6th April) has set them back for a while but shouldn't be too long till modded lobbies are back up.
