When you have the tactical inseration equiped, you take like... 3 seconds (?) to drop a flare that marks where your next re-spawn will be, If someone doesn't destroy it.

1. How can I prevent an enemy for spawning there?

There are many ways to counter atack a T.I.
First of all is by walking on it and pressing square/ X
Then you can equip SitRep, and you can see T.I's over the map, glowing red.
Any explosive destroys it, also, bullets destroy it.
Placing it in a No-Pass zone (Afghan, Wasteland) it auto-destroys itself.

2. Tactics for using the tactical inseration
By game modes.
TDM, MTDM, TDE Has no real use for spawning behind enemy lines, because when you reach the enemy spawn, It changes their spawn. Only good thing in TDM's is to place it in spots like a glitch, hard-to-reach spot, etc.
FFA Same as TDM (Read Above)
Domination One of the 2, maybe 3 perfect game modes for using it. What you have to do is capture 2 points, then the enemy will spawn at the 3rd one (known as spawntrapping), then you have to go into their spawn and place your tactical inseration in a place where no one goes (EG Invasion C, in an end of the "house"). Then when you die you can attack the enemy from behind, and with a TI/ColdBlood/Silencer combination you can take out a whole team without them even noticing.
TIP: Don't atack someone in the first 5 seconds after placing the TI because they're gonna see the TI and go destroy it.
Ground War: TDM, Dom (^^)
Demolition: Second and IMHO the best place to use TI's. First of all, the spawns are not mobile (Like TDM, Dom) So if you place it you don't need to move it from that place only if it gets detected. It's the best tactic to "go for kills in an objective based game". If you're the kind of guy that actually goes for the objective, you can place the T.I somewhere nearby the objective and plant it, then when someone defuses you are nearby.
Sabotage: I played this game only 1 time with T.I and I must say it's not really useful cause of the .10 spawn delay. Sorry for not much actual info.
Headquarters Pro: Same as Sabotage, 'cept here sucks even more because you don't even spawn with the TM's.
Search And Destroy Most of the people say "TI IN SD? U R JOKIN RITE?" Well they can suck my dick =D The tactic is, when you plant a bomb, plant a T.I ON the bomb so they can not defuse the bomb only if they destroy the T.I, And that is a warning to you.
CTF I don't really play it but I must say I'm really impressed. You can place it behind enemy-lines and you can easly capture the flag without the enemy team even knowing.
3PTT Actually never played it, but it's same as the above.
HCR:SD Same as SD (See Above)
HC:TDM Same as TDM (See above)

when playing capture the flag... i have placed it right on top of the teams flag.. it's best to plant one when your team is running the flag.. most the times the other team doesnt know that it's there.. lol

Pissed when somebody (enemies or teammates) steals your care package? Place a tactical insertion a few metres away hidden so that you can respawn and stop them thieves .
