My MOTD used to work, then I tried to add a clan tag in; none of the symbols worked because they turned to ?s in the Leaderboard tool, and nothing changed online. Just try the MOTD by itself?

Use the GRADO_MP file here You must login or register to view this content. and replace it with your file . If you don't like it then you can change it with Hex , but its better then starting from scratch
