I've been wondering for a long time if I should use one of the xbox prestige lobbies to get to 10th prestige. One big concern I have about this is: Will i get banned if I use one of these Prestige lobbies offered by the NGU members?

No you will not get banned by microsoft as they have no way to detect that you gained your xp in a lobby. However, I would not show off the fact that you got 10th by hacking because if enough people report you then you will be suspended for 2 days and if enough keep doing it then you can eventually be banned, but this almost never happens. To sum it up, just don't brag about your level and don't use Title like spinning 10th, or whatever you get from the lobby.
